A collection of 55 oil paintings by Gretchen Kaye 

Over the years I’ve wanted to capture on canvas the feeling of being in a park. I wanted to be able to look at my painting and be transported back into that same feeling, from no matter where I was at the time. And so I named this exhibition, The Portable Park.

Parks gift us a priceless portable freedom.
We take this gift home with us and I paint this freedom.

The exhibition opening featured guest speaker, Tim Entwisle (Director & Chief Executive, Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria), Tyler Jenkins (actor) & chamber music (musicians from MSO & OV)
